Jessica Harris is passionate about joining forces with bold thinkers and doing purpose-driven work that has transformative outcomes for individuals and communities around the world.

For the last six years, Jessica's career has focused on building strong public-private partnerships and raising millions of dollars in financial support for nonprofits addressing issues in education and workforce development. Most recently as Director of Individual Giving for Teach For America - New York (TFA-NY), Jessica led their $1M major gifts program and focused on developing strategies to inspire renewed and new support. In addition, Jessica led a team to create impactful event experiences for companies like Goldman Sachs and Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts. Her management of the TFA-NY Young Professionals Committee led to an historic level of engagement.

Prior to TFA-NY, Jessica led fundraising efforts at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, Year Up Atlanta and the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts. Jessica received her B.A. from Northwestern University and Masters in Public Health from Emory University.
