Engy Lamour is an engagement manager in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Asset Management Practice. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Engy worked as a search consultant at a boutique executive search firm in the Global Marketing & Investor Relations Talent Practice where he spent eight years in both their New York and London office. Engy started his career as an analyst in hedge fund research and worked at various financial firms, such as Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.
Engy earned a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Brandeis University, where he received a full four-year scholarship from the Posse Foundation. He now serves as the co-chair of the Posse Foundation National Alumni Council. Engy also received a scholarship from the Bedford-Stuyvesant "I Have A Dream" Program, Inc., a scholarship program sponsored by Paul Tudor Jones.
