Brandon joined Youth INC in 2015 as an Associate Director of Development. Brandon is also the Co-Founder of a womenswear brand called Milané Noir, which was founded in 2014. In addition to his current responsibilities, Brandon is an active contributor to The Huffington Post.

Prior to joining Youth INC, Brandon was the Chief Operating/Program Officer at Practice Makes Perfect, which targets the summer learning loss that plagues our inner-city youth. He also worked as an Educational Outreach and Engagement Manager for The National Society of High School Scholars. While he was there he led outreach efforts among high school students and educators around the world.

His previous work experience includes merchandising at Abercrombie & Fitch, global marketing at Estée Lauder Companies, and e-Commerce at Nike. Brandon enjoys mentoring and has spoken at various conferences about social entrepreneurship. He is passionate about educational equity and believes that your zip code should not dictate your life prospects. He wakes up each day hoping to be a catalyst for change in the lives of youth everywhere.

Brandon holds a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He is originally from the Bronx, NY. Brandon also enjoys traveling, eating at new restaurants, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
