CUP Member Training: Communicating in A Multicultural Environment

In a multicultural workplace, employees’ differing backgrounds, cultural expectations, and communication styles are often the source of frustrating and costly misunderstandings. This  interactive workshop is designed to increase participants’ communication effectiveness by providing tools for aligning the intention and impact of their messages in work situations. The workshop summarizes relevant communication theory and provides opportunities to practice communication techniques.
