Lylette’s industry defining marketing work for clients such as Pepsi, Universal Pictures, Carlsberg and Universal Music Group has repeatedly been recognized on the world stage; she’s spearheaded campaigns supporting Grammy and Oscar winners, developed tent pole platforms for major brands and programming from the MTV Video Music Awards to the Super Bowl, creating work that’s consistently won nominations and awards from Cannes, the Webbys, Creativity, NACCP Image and Ad Color along the way.

Today, Lylette continues working with global icons such as Katy Perry, Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Queen Latifah, as well as growing RPM’s client roster and forging prosperous partnerships for brands like Apple and Verizon and global entertainment houses including Paramount, HBO, Warner Music Group and Sony Music Group.

She also recently took on a new role in film, serving as executive producer of the acclaimed documentary, American Masters: The Women’s List, which explored the history of women’s equality through interviews with such notable figures as Madeline Albright, Shonda Rhimes, Alicia Keys, Elizabeth Holmes and others.

When she’s not at her desk, on the road or on location managing projects and her team, Lylette enjoys nothing more than settling into her other most favorite role, as wife and mother raising a family in the New York area and teaching her kids exactly what her own childhood in New York taught her: that the world is theirs.
