Christopher Floyd is a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities and is currently Co-Head of the High Grade Sales and Trading business. He co-manages a team of 50+ sales and trading professionals responsible for the trading and distribution of High Grade Credit Products to institutional investors globally.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2004, Chris spent seven years at Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director. He began his career as a Fixed Income Sales Associate at Raymond James in 1994.

Chris is a graduate of Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA, and the University of Pennsylvania where he received a BS in Computer Science. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1999.

Prior to earning his MBA, Chris served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Army from 1988-1992. He is a combat veteran of Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Within the community, Chris has been active as a past board member on the board of the John Crosland School – a school dedicated to children with learning disabilities and past board member and current fundraiser for Alexander Youth Network – a network of services focusing on children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges. Additionally, he has been an active fundraiser and supporter of the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Arts and Culture in Charlotte, NC. Lastly, Chris has sat on the advisory board of the SOS Children’s Village – a home for orphaned children in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
