Ackneil M. (Trey) Muldrow , III principally focuses his practice on merger and acquisition transactions and corporate governance counseling. Mr. Muldrow draws upon nearly 20 years of legal experience when providing legal advice to clients in complex domestic and international transactions. Mr. Muldrow’s transactional experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and control and minority investments across a variety of industry sectors. Mr. Muldrow’s clients have included a wide range of corporations, private equity and hedge funds as well as sovereign financial sponsors. In addition to his transactional matters, Mr. Muldrow is frequently called upon to advise senior executives and boards of directors of private and exchange listed companies on sophisticated corporate governance matters as well as with respect to compliance with the federal securities laws. Mr. Muldrow has also developed a market recognized asset manager investment practice. Mr. Muldrow has led and structured several investments in the domestic and/or international funds investment funds, representing the following clients in buy side and sell side transactions: Angelo Gordon, Bowery Investment Management, DiMaio Ahmed, Longacre Capital Management, New Globe Capital, Macellum Capital Management, Matlin Patterson, Mubadala Development Company, Octavian Advisors, Platinum Equity and Vision Capital. Mr. Muldrow is involved in several community, civic and charitable activities that includes service as a Board member of the Dance Theatre of Harlem and Chairman of the Leadership Council of the New York Chapter of the United Negro College Fund.
